What is a personal Trainer?

 

A Personal Trainer is an experienced fitness professional who will help you work towards achieving your own personal fitness goals. With a Personal Trainer, your progress will be both faster, and safer. They can guide you to measurable results at your own best pace, so that you achieve consistent progression towards those goals. People with special medical conditions should, as a minimum, contact a Personal Trainer before beginning any exercise program.

Help Provide Motivation - Teach Proper Form - Help Set Achievable Goals
Help Break Through Plateaus to Achieve Results - Give Nutritional Coaching
Monitor and Provide Feedback (follow up, tracking, commitment)
